PROJECTED COMPLETION
A DA application was submitted in June 2025, with an approval received October 2025. The DA relates to a new building extension to increase site coverage and activation.

Acquisition of large (3,192sqm) Centre (District Centre) zoned parcel, excellently positioned on a corner block with main road exposure.
Rebranding of centre “Kallangur Green.” Leasing marketing campaign run to address vacant tenancies.
Stage one - refurbishment of the two existing buildings. The centre improvements include painting, landscaping, lighting and signage upgrades.
Stage two - construction of a new building along the southern boundary of the site to improve the site coverage and centre activity.
Existing GFA of 679sqm across eight tenancies ranging from 60sqm to 153sqm, construction of new building resulting in an increase of GFA by 491sqm.
