We engaged C. Kairouz Architects to design three modern homes that respect and enhance the unique character of Byron Bay’s coastal and hinterland setting. Each residence features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a double car garage, blending modern coastal architecture with refined finishes.

A refined natural material palette of travertine, natural stone, oak flooring and Jerusalem white brick creates a warm, timeless response to the Byron Bay setting.
